By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.
I can update my TOS at any time; the version at the time of payment applies to your order.

0. SHORT TOSI, Skelly (as the artist):
- I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
- I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
- I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork.
- I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online.
You (the commissioner)
- You may upload the commissioned artwork on any* website and social channels when crediting me as the artist. ^{*→ You may NOT upload my work on Twitter/X.}
- You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable.
- You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, NFTs, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)
- You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.

1. PAYMENT & REFUNDS- Transactions through PayPal or Ko-Fi only!
- Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
- Prices may change over time; the price confirmed at ordering is the one that applies to you.
- Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.
- Refunds: Full if no work started; 50% if sketch done; none after lineart/colors begin.

2. PROCESS & DEADLINES- Communication via Discord DM preferred! Otherwise we will find another way.
- Commissions follow a queue; turnaround is an estimate (e.g., 2-8 weeks), not a guarantee.
- I will send WIPs at key stages (sketch, maybe colors) for approval; major changes are only free at sketch stage.
- If you go silent for more than 10 days, your slot may be put on hold or canceled with a partial refund only.
- I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a full refund.
- If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.

3. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY- Client cancellation: Full refund pre-sketch; partial (50%) post-sketch; none after lineart.
- Artist cancellation: Full refund if unable to complete (e.g., personal reasons).
- No refunds for dissatisfaction with style—preview my gallery first

4. COPYRIGHT- I, as the artist, claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer.
- Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
→ Promote myself with it everywhere* ^{→ if not agreed otherwise}
→ Display it everywhere to my liking (TH, social media, etc.)
→ Post it wherever I want (I will give credits to you as you are the owner of the character)
- You, as the buyer, are allowed to:
→ Use the commissioned piece for personal use (you can upload it on all* your social media profiles, forums, etc. when giving credit to me as the artist)
→ Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as your own, but not the artwork itself.- The following is considered copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.
- Claiming the artwork as your own.
- Removing my watermark from the artwork.
- Altering the artwork without my consent.
